Our dry-aged beef is a celebration of the very best meat the Netherlands has to offer. This superb range is sourced from prime locally raised dairy cows that have been carefully hand selected.
Once the Dutch milk cows finished producing milk, the very best ones are being grain fed for 120 days to provide superb dry-aged beef. With its dual purpose of providing both milk and meat, it is a highly sustainable product.
Dry Aging is letting the meat “dry” for several weeks in a special dry-age environment, where the temperature and humidity are optimally regulated. During dry-aging, the muscle tissue slowly breaks down, making the meat a lot more tender and the taste intensifies.
